I require a new camcorder given that my old 1 is not compatible with my MacBook. I want an HD camcorder, mainly for my motion pictures that I will upload to YouTube. I am deciding on in between two, the “Canon VIXIA HF S10 HD Digital Camcorder” or the “Insignia™ Substantial-Definition 10.0MP Camcorder with 3″ TFT-LCD Touch Display”. Which 1 do you believe would be much better for my use?

If you are on a tight spending budget, then get the Insignia ($ 300.00). The Canon HF S10 is $ 1,150.00 but it has a couple of things the Insignia does not. An A/C energy adapter, manual focus, an external microphone jack, and accessory shoe (not positive if the Insignia does). The Insignia has a touch display which some users could not care for.
