How can I make uncompressed files in DXG 595V HD CAMCORDER?
I just bought the DXG 595V HD camcorder. its basically easy to use. problem is, it only produces clips in quicktime files. Is there a way exactly where I can capture in avi (uncompressed) files?
My problem is that I need to come up with an uncompressed file. But 595V gives me no option for this.

Not a opportunity! There is possibly an answer to your dilemma, but you haven’t mentioned what the dilemma is.

Why is it that when I import movies from my DXG 579V HD camcorder, the screen is green but you can hear audio?
Whenever I import videos from my DXG 579V HD Camcorder to my pc, the videos play, but the screen is solid green and you can not see the video. You can nonetheless hear the audio. I’ve opened the videos in QuickTime, Windows Media Player, and even Presto! VideoWorks six, the plan that came with the camera. All are the exact same with this issue. Any support right here? =[

You will need to have the proper video codec installed to see the video in your video editing applications.
Download MediaInfo:

Use MediaInfo to determine what codec your video requires, then download that codec.
